International trade rules that define responsibilities, costs, and risks between buyers and sellers.

Free On Board – The seller delivers goods onto the vessel, after which risk transfers to the buyer.

Cost and Freight – The seller pays freight to the destination port, but insurance is not included.

Delivered Duty Paid – The seller handles delivery, duties, and taxes up to the buyer's location.

Delivered at Place – The seller delivers goods to the agreed destination, excluding import duties.
