EXW
Ex Works – The seller makes goods available at their premises, and the buyer handles transport and risks.
FOB
Free On Board – The seller delivers goods onto the vessel, after which risk transfers to the buyer.
CIF
Cost, Insurance and Freight – The seller pays cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port.
CFR
Cost and Freight – The seller pays freight to the destination port, but insurance is not included.
DDP
Delivered Duty Paid – The seller handles delivery, duties, and taxes up to the buyer's location.
DAP
Delivered at Place – The seller delivers goods to the agreed destination, excluding import duties.
