Which emails we send you, and how to turn each one off
Disruption alerts, the daily digest and the daily shipment report — what triggers each one and where to change it.
Every email Traqo sends you is switched on or off in one place: Settings → Notifications. There is no separate unsubscribe list to chase, and turning something off here stops it immediately.
Disruption alerts
An email the moment a port strike, closure or trade restriction hits your shipments — not a general news feed. Three settings:
- Critical only — the disruptions most likely to move a vessel.
- Warning and above — adds the ones that often become critical.
- Off.
Instant alerts are on Professional and above. On other plans the setting is hidden rather than shown greyed out, so you are never offered a switch for something that cannot reach you.
Daily disruption digest
A short summary of what is currently active, with anything touching your cargo first. Nothing is sent on a quiet day — an empty digest is worse than no digest, so we do not send one.
You choose the hour it arrives, on the hour, in your own timezone.
Daily shipment report
An email summarising your tracked shipments with a spreadsheet attached. It has its own settings — how often, which shipments, which columns — covered in Customise the daily shipment report.
Emails you cannot turn off here
Transactional mail still reaches you: login codes, receipts, a failed payment, and replies to a support ticket you raised. Those are not marketing and are not covered by these switches.
If an email has not arrived
Check the switch is on, then check your spam folder and any company filter — the daily report carries an attachment, which some filters hold. For the daily report there is a Send me a test report now button that sends immediately, so you can confirm delivery without waiting until tomorrow morning.
