How the yearly shipment pool works
On an annual plan your shipments are one pool for the whole year, not a monthly allowance.
On a yearly plan you get twelve months of shipments as a single pool, available from day one. There is no monthly reset.
Track 400 in your peak month and 40 in a quiet one — only the total across the year matters. That is the point: ocean freight is seasonal, and a monthly cap penalises exactly the months you are busiest.
If you run out before the year is up
You can top up with add-on shipments at any time, or move to a larger plan. We email you as the pool passes 50%, 80%, 95% and 100% so it is never a surprise.
Switching back to monthly
You can, at the end of the annual period. The pool does not carry over — it is bought for that year.
